I feel erection in my nipple Is it a gynecomastia?

Patient - 

From the early childhood my right side testis was undescended (undescended testis) and at the age of 30 , orchiectomy was done.

 I am married and have children. Now i am 49 years old. Sometimes, I feel erection in my nipple and my nipple is somewhat different. My chest is not wider. Is it a gynecomastia problem? How can I release from this disease? Could you please advise me?

Hello sir, Good Afternoon, I have gyno problem, I have few questions I live in Mumbai, I have few questions... 1) How many days will it take for full gynecomastia procedure from the day of first visit, to surgery and removal of dressing, As I do not live in pune, and I will not tell my family about this, I will have to go back home as soon as possible, I will need an exact date for full procedure.
